The Process

Inquire
Fill out the booking form with your contact details and project vision. The more detail you provide upfront, the smoother the process. If you're interested in a studio shoot, note that in your inquiry.

Discuss
We'll review your inquiry and follow up within 48 hours. For the fastest response, text or DM @SHOTSBYJCMILL.
03.
Book and Deposit
Once we've aligned on the details, a deposit is required to secure your date. Your deposit amount will be confirmed in our reply.
04.
After the Shoot
Within 48–72 hours you'll receive a private client gallery link to review your images. Favorite the shots you want edited — turnaround on final edits is 14 days from selection submission. Expedited delivery available upon request.
FAQ
How many Images will I receive?
Delivery count is based on your session type and will be confirmed during the booking process. All sessions include your final edited selections. RAW files are available for purchase. Ask about pricing when booking.
WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT ON SHOOT DAY?
You'll receive a confirmation from us prior to your session with location details, timing, and any final notes. If we're working in a studio space, please plan to arrive on time - studio slots are scheduled and punctuality keeps the shoot running smoothly.
WHAT IF I NEED TO RESCHEDULE?
Life happens. Rescheduling is available up to 3 days before your session directly through your booking confirmation link. One reschedule is included - additional changes beyond that are subject to a rescheduling fee. Cancellations made within 3 days of the shoot are non-refundable. For anything outside of these options, reach out via text or DM.
Is this your first shoot?
No problem! First-time clients are welcome. We'll guide you through posing, direction, and creative choices from start to finish. Come ready to have a good time and trust the process.
